  • Additional Info

    Service Minimum

    All on-location services require a minimum of $600. Peak season Saturdays require a $750 service minimum. All events booked on major holiday weekends (i.e. Easter, Valentine’s, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve + Day, New Years Eve + Day) will incur a 10% Holiday Service Fee. Minimums do not include any travel fees, early start fees, or accommodation fees.

    Proposal & Contract

    A customized proposal and detailed contract will be sent at your request. We require a confirmed service count or service minimum before preparing the proposal. A signed contract is required to secure the booking. Services may be adjusted up to 60 days before your event, as long as your service total remains within the required minimum.

    Booking Deposit

    A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due at the time of booking. By completing the deposit, your booking will be added to the calendar. Deposit is subtracted from your final quoted service total and any remaining monies will be due ONE WEEK prior to your event.

    Onsite Travel + Accomodations

    Travel within 25 miles of 28110 area code is included in pricing. Outside of this region, travel charges are calculated at a rate of $0.75 per mile round trip. Onsite services more than 2 hours away, or services with a start time before 8:00am that is more than 1.5 hours away, will require one night’s stay in a hotel near the venue in addition to any mileage quote. Accommodations may be quoted at time of booking.

    Additional Artists

    If for reason of time constraints, size of party, early start time, more detailed services, etc, an additional stylist is required, a fee of $250 per additional artist will be added to your quote.

    Early Start

    Any event needing a start time before 8:00 am will require an additional fee of $25 per half hour before 8:00.
